Clean Studio

This may not happen again for quite some time - but I got my studio in order - It does not look this neat today as I played in it yesterday ---and so it is now lived in - this is my favorite room in the house -

I had wanted to paint the walls and ceilings when we moved here but it was one of the better rooms in the house and now it has been close to three years and there are still MANY projects ahead of this one - we might even get to do the kitchen this winter !!! Yahoo!!!!! my kitchen is vintage 1970 it can use a lot of updating - at this rate maybe in 3 or 4 years I will get my studio painted, replace the old patio doors and get rid of the carpet which has some pastel dust stains - but I still like this room - it is my first room totally devoted to art and music -no computer -no TV -no guest bed (but it has been slept in a couple of time using blow up bed)

I LOVE your studio! Your whole blog is wonderful, as well as your art!!
I was going to ask about your "disease" but I read back to September's posts where you described what you have--wow--I, too, have the same...nice to know that there is a name for our malady! We are good for the economy, right??? LOL

Good to see you are getting things in order. Hope Thanksgiving wasn't too exhausting. Thanks so much for hosting! I made it home safe yesterday morning...with cold/flu like symptoms. :-(

You are so lucky to have all this space! It looks great. I actually like the yellow walls, they are cheerful and inviting :)

Hello - just surfing by. I love your studio. My is not nearly so neat - or as big.

I've been to Oklahoma many times - born there, two daughters living there.

God bless...

I am so envious. Prior to being a mom I always had my own art/music room (with an air mattress for the guests). Now I work in the dining room. Oh well. It's beautiful! Love the pup in the pic too!
