the reference for this week's challenge was the photo below - my version is 5" x 8" on 90 lb watercolor paper it is done in watercolor, - this is my second time to participate it is a fun challenge.

W is going to be 40 on Jan 1! I'm going to do the 40 present thing. A while back while admireing the art I have in my apartment he mentioned he'd love to have some of your art. Do you have something (even small thing) you could send? I'm hoping that he won't read this...

I love what you did with the subject. Soft and elegant. The photo is beautiful too, I like that your interpretation is not exactly similar but respects the classy feeling and adds something else.
